Well I only read through the introduction, but I already feel like calling up old girlfriends, and in the next chapter, I learn to deal with my emotions, cause that's something that I missed while dealing with depression. And I feel like a baby duck who isn't afraid to admit that he had a disease which caused his girlfriend duck to break up with him and that disease was called depression, but he's getting over it through lots of good books and a lot of medication. I'll set my goals higher, and I will rock harder, and use less oil in my cooking cause that was self-defeating and I'll start running in the morning, or it might be more convenient in the evening, actually I'm pretty good on cardio, I just need to work on my muscle tone.
