Davon nehm ich vierzig Gramm und mixe geschwind,
So lang, bis keine Klьmpchen mehr vorhanden sind.
Dazu zweihundert Gramm weiche Margarine
Und zwei frische Eier. Dann die selbe Schiene:
Wieder alles gut verrьhr'n, denn das ist der Schlьssel
Zum Erfolg. Und jetzt brauch ich noch 'ne Schьssel.
Vierhundert Gramm Mehl, jeweils einen Teelцffel Natron
Und einen Vanillepulver ungesьЯt, ich glaub', das war's schon.
Ach nee, 'nen halben Teelцffel Salz, jetzt fдllt's mir ein!
Das Ganze gut vermischt in die erste Schьssel rein,
Und nochmal rьhr'n, doch nur kurz, denn es wдr' schade,
Wenn die Kekse zдh wьrden. Jetzt ist die Schokolade,
Dreihundert Gramm, in kleinen Stьcken unter den Teig zu heben.
Den Teig in einen luftdichten Behдlter geben.

Kann keine widersteh'n - du wirst schon seh'n
Den Teig vierundzwanzig Stunden in den Kьhlschrank stellen,
Dann ham die Kekse Biss, und wer Biss hat, muss nicht bellen.
Jetzt mach ich mir nen netten Tag und ne schцne Nacht,
Und morgen wird das Werk vollbracht:
Den Backofen heizen auf hundertachtzig Grad
Backpapier aufs Blech, dann mach ich den Teig parat:
In fьnfzig kleinen Kugeln aufs Backblech drauf,
Abstand halten, denn die Dinger gehen auf!
Dann auf der mittleren Schiene 'ne Viertelstunde backen,
Zeit genug zum Spьl'n und um die Schьsseln wegzupacken.
Ofen aus, Klappe auf. Das Schцnste, was es gibt:
Die Sekunde der Vollendung, die jeder Kьnstler liebt.
Und habe ich mal Pech und seh ein paar Verbrannte,
Bin ich ein braver Neffe und schicke sie der Tante.
