Countrified
Jason Meadows

I was driving through the country when my car broke down

Just my luck it was a one horse town

I was reaching for my phone

When out of the blue

A farmers daughter came to my rescue

Little did I know that this young country girl

Would fix my car and change my world

Cause I've been line dancing, two stepping, boot scooting, tush pushing, pie tasting, car racing, fly fishing, skinny dipping, skeet shooting, horseback riding, tire swinging, whiskey drinking, in a bar, on some hay, roll around dixie, kissing, taken for a rodeo ride, I've been countrified

Whoo

I'm learning how to farm while she makes homemade bread

My friends can't believe how well I'm being fed

I'm building a house and my folks are coming up

I even sold my car and bought a pickup truck

Well I'm baling hay twelve hours a day

But come every weekend we go out to play

We go line dancing, two stepping, boot scooting, tush pushing, pie tasting, car racing, fly fishing, skinny dipping, skeet shooting, horseback riding, tire swinging, whiskey drinking, in a bar, on some hay, roll around dixie, kissing, going for a rodeo ride, I've been countrified

Little did I know that this young country girl

Would capture my heart and change my world

Now I've been line dancing, two stepping, boot scooting, tush pushing, pie tasting, car racing, fly fishing, skinny dipping, skeet shooting, horseback riding, tire swinging, whiskey drinking, in a bar, on some hay, roll around dixie, kissing, taken for a rodeo ride, I ain't never felt so satisfied cause I've been countrified
